What is Reonomy?
Reonomy is a data and analytics platform that makes CRE property and market-level research simple. By combining comprehensive and validated data with powerful analytics, Reonomy empowers real estate professionals to make faster, more informed, and secure decisions.

How do you ensure data quality?
Reonomy runs validation algorithms and processes across public data to ensure you receive high-quality information you can trust. These processes are continuously being enhanced to ensure we deliver you the most up-to-date, reliable information possible.
Where can I leave feedback or suggestions?
Reonomy is constantly improving and adding new data. To make a suggestion or share feedback, click Help on the bottom left of your Reonomy screen or email email@example.com.
How often is Reonomy’s data updated?
Reonomy’s data is updated on an ongoing basis.
What should I do if I believe some of the information I’m seeing is incorrect?
If you are concerned that any piece of information is inaccurate, please get in touch with us. You can do this directly within Reonomy by clicking Help on the bottom left of your Reonomy screen or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pointing us towards any piece of incorrect data will help us further refine our systems and ensure you get the most accurate information in the future.
Are you adding more data?
Reonomy is constantly evaluating new data. To suggest a new dataset, click Help on the bottom left of your Reonomy screen or email us at email@example.com
How do I login?
Upon signing up for Reonomy, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to login. Click the Login link to create a password. Once your password is created, you will be redirected to Reonomy’s landing page. Note that your username is your email address and your password is whatever you created.
How do I change my password?
To change your password click Account, found on the top left of the landing page. Enter your current password, new password, re-enter your new password, and click Change Password.
What do I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click Login, once you are on the login page select Forgot password? Enter your email address and click Send Reset Instructions. This will send you an email containing a link to create a new password. Upon creating a new password, you will be redirected to Reonomy.
How can I upgrade my account?
To upgrade to a premium or pro account, please email us at email@example.com.
How can I access my billing info?
For billing questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name and invoice #.
How can I access Reonomy from my Iphone or Ipad?
1. Launch the Safari browser on Apple’s iOS and navigate to http://app.reonomy.com/login
2. Tap the Share button on the browser’s toolbar (the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward). It’s on the bar at the top of the screen on an iPad, and on the bar at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone.
3. Tap the Add to Home Screen icon in the Share menu.
4. You’ll be prompted to name the shortcut before tapping the Add button.
5. Once added, the shortcut can be dragged around and placed anywhere, including in app folders - just like a normal app.
6. When you tap the icon, it will load the website in a normal tab inside the Safari browser app.
How can I access Reonomy from my Android?
1. Launch Chrome for Android and open http://app.reonomy.com/login
2. Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then it will be added to your homescreen.
3. The icon will appear on your homescreen like any other app shortcut or widget, so you can drag it around and place it wherever you like.
4. Chrome for Android loads the website as a “web app” when you tap the icon, so it will get its own entry in the app switcher and won’t have any browser interface getting in the way.
What is Search?
Search is a tool that allows you to search on property data to help you identify opportunities, prospect, find comps, and more.
Can I save my searches?
In Search, you can save your results by clicking Save in the top navigation menu. Click Load to access your saved searches. You can also find a list of your saved searches on the landing page.
Can I sort my search results?
Once you have completed a search, you will find Sort Result at the top right of your navigation menu. You can sort by fields such as RSF, Sales Date, Mortgage Origination Date, and more.
Can I export my search results?
You can export results from Reonomy with our premium license. The premium export includes; address, neighborhood, property type, total units, RSF, USF, last mortgage, total debt, lenders, last sale date, last sale price, built FAR, number of buildings, up to three owner/manager contacts, owner/manager phone number's, owner/manager emails. To upgrade your account to premium, please email email@example.com.
Can I favorite properties?
Once you have completed a search, your results will be displayed on the left. You can favorite properties by clicking on the star in the top right corner of each result card. Starred properties will remain starred and will be displayed in searches where they match the selected criteria. You can also access your starred properties from the List tool by clicking on Favorites.
What is the location filter?
Location is a search filter that allows you to search for properties by Street Name, City, Zip Code, County, or State.
How do I search by neighborhood, state, etc?
To search by location, click the Location filter on the top of your screen. Enter a Street Name, City, Zip Code, County, or State and click Apply
What is the characteristics filter?
Characteristics covers property level information such as Land Use, Year Built, Year Renovated, Lot Size, Lot Acreage, Zoning, Residential Units, Commercial Units, and Building Area.
What is land use?
Land use is the type of building. Building types are broken out by Commercial, Industrial, Multifamily, Utilities.
Can I search by property type or land use?
To search by land use, click Characteristics filter and the top of your screen and click the Land Use Picker. From here, choose the property type you would like to search on and click Apply.

What is year built?
Year built allows you to search for the year, or range of years, that a property was constructed.
Can I search for a property by the year it was built?
To search for a year or range of years a property was built, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter a year or range of years under the Year Built filter and click Apply.
What is year renovated?
Year renovated allows you to search on the most recent a property was renovated. To search on a specific year, simply enter that year into both filters.
Can I search by a property by the year it was last renovated?
To search for a year or range of years a property was last renovated, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter a year or range of years under the Year Renovated filter and click Apply.
What is lot size?
Lot size is the square footage of an entire lot.
How do I search by lot size?
To search by lot size, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter a lot square footage or range under the Lot Size filter and click Apply.
What is lot acreage?
Lot acreage is the number of acres on a lot.
How do I search by lot acreage?
To search by lot acreage, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter the number of acres you would like to search by under the Lot Acreage filter and click Apply.
What is zoning?
Zoning indicates what district a property is zoned for.
Can I search by zoning district?
To search by zoning district, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter a zoning district under the zoning filter. To search on multiple zoning districts, separate each district with a comma. Once you’ve entered the zones you want to search by click Apply.
What are residential units?
Residential units is the total number of residential units on a property.
Can I search by the number of residential units?
To search for residential units, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter a number of units or range under the Residential Units filter and click Apply.
What are commercial units?
Commercial units is the total number of commercial units on a property.
Can I search by the number of commercial units?
To search for commercial units, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter a number of units or range under the Commercial Units filter and click Apply.
What is building area?
Building area is the total floor area of a building.
Can I search by a buildings area?
To search by building area, click the Characteristics filter at the top of your screen. Next, enter the square footage or square footage range under the Building Area filter and click Apply.
What is the sales filter?
The sales filter includes data surrounding the sale of a property. It includes Sales Price, Sale Price / SF, Sales Dates, and Multi Parcel Sales.
What is sale price?
Sale price is the price a property was purchased for.
How do I search by sale price?
To search by sales price, first click the Sales filter. Next select Sale Price and search by an exact price or a price range by entering amounts into the filters. Finally click Apply.
What is sales price / SF?
Sales price per square foot is the sales price divided by the properties square footage.
How do I search by sales price / SF?
To search by sales price / SF, first click the Sales filter. Next select Sale Price / SF and search by an exact price per square foot or a price range by entering amounts into the filters. Finally click Apply.
What are sales dates?
Sales dates is the date or range a dates a property sold.
How do I search by sales between a certain time period?
To search by sales dates, first click the Sales filter. Next select Sales Between and search by a date range by entering amounts into the filters. Finally click Apply. You can also search for properties that haven’t had a sale in between a certain time period by clicking No Sales Between.
What is a multi-parcel sale?
A multi-parcel sale is a sale that included more than one parcel.
How can I search for multi-property sales?
You can search by multi-property sales by first click the Sales filter. Next select Multi-Parcel Sales? And select Yes. You can also exclude multi-parcel sales from your search by clicking No. When finished with your selections, click Apply.
What is the debt filter for?
The debt filter allows you to search on data surrounding the mortgage such as most recent mortgage amount, most recent mortgage origination, and maturity date.
What is most recent mortgage amount?
Most recent mortgage amount is the total cost of the most recent mortgage on a property.
Can I search by the total mortgage amount?
You can search by mortgage amount by clicking on the Debt tab and entering the mortgage amount to search on into the filters. Once you have entered an amount click Apply.
Can I search by mortgage origination date?
You can search by mortgage origination date by clicking on the Debt tab. Next choose Mortgages Between and entering an amount to search on. Once you have entered an amount click Apply.
Can I search by maturity date?
You can search by maturity date by clicking on the Debt tab. Next choose Maturity Date and enter a date or date range you would like to search on. Once you have entered the dates click Apply.
Can I search for a property owner by name?
You can search by an owner. First click Ownership and enter a name under Owner of Record and click Apply.
Can I favorite properties?
You can favorite properties by click on the Star icon on the top right of each results card or property details page. Starred properties will remain starred and will be displayed in searches where they match the selected criteria. You can also access your starred properties from the List tool by clicking on Favorites.
How can I add a property to a list?
You can add a property to a list by clicking on the list icon found on the top right of each results card and property details page.
How can I access my lists?
You can access your lists by clicking Lists from the left hand navigation bar.
How can I create a new list?
To create a list, click Lists from the left hand navigation bar. Next click the Add a new list… bar and enter the title of your list followed by Save.
